Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive front-end interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Architect and implement robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, technical debt assessments, and best-practice implementations for the team.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across all environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
