Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via chat, email, and video conferencing
- Diagnose and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues
- Develop and maintain remote support documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated tickets
- Implement proactive monitoring solutions for client systems
- Train clients on remote security best practices
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of remote technical support experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and cloud infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Linux/Windows systems
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Exceptional written communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)
- Proven ability to work independently with flexible hours
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
