Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using React, Node.js, and AWS cloud services
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize application performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead system design discussions while ensuring security best practices
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent Columbus tech at virtual conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with React and Node.js
- Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS) and serverless architecture
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Proven track record of building scalable microservices
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex full-stack projects
