Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Node.js and Python
- Lead cloud migrations to AWS with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance for 10M+ record healthcare datasets
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Docker
- Collaborate with UX designers to pixel-perfect frontend implementations
- Drive technical debt reduction initiatives across legacy systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect or Developer)
- Proven track record with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong understanding of security best practices for healthcare data
