Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS services
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers through our pair programming sessions
- Optimize application performance and implement robust security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Contribute to open-source projects and our internal innovation incubator
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Node.js
- Expertise in RESTful API design and cloud architecture (AWS preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex web applications
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
