Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and implementation.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and performance issues to ensure optimal application stability and speed.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and one back-end language (Node.js, Java, or Python).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
