Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for security and performance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and willing to work 100% from home.
