Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive project delivery.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Proficiency in React (Frontend) and Node.js or Express (Backend).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
