The Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
