Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on user experience and performance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing best practices for cloud deployment (AWS/Azure).
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Django).
- Proven experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment.
