Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and team knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical architecture of the product.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Must reside in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
