Responsibilities
- Architect scalable web applications using React/Node.js and cloud-native technologies
- Lead end-to-end development from concept to deployment, including CI/CD optimization
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfect implementation
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and tech research
- Document solutions and contribute to our engineering knowledge base
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development with React and Node.js
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3) and containerization (Docker)

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications with performance metrics
