Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web architectures using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and design teams to define user requirements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsive, high-speed user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and drive innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Redux, Next.js).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-manage in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
