The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will own key features of our product suite, ensuring high performance, scalability, and exceptional user experiences. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and UI/UX.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database queries.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
