Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and security.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure automated testing standards are met.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide real-time solutions in a distributed environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fully remote team setting.
