Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a remote-first development environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in a remote work environment with excellent time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
