About the Role:
You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, driving technical decisions, and mentoring junior developers. We value creativity, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features efficiently.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the frontend and backend.
- Testing: Write unit tests and integration tests to guarantee system stability.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
