Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and technical excellence.
- Participate in architectural discussions to drive technical decisions and improve system performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
