Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and perform debugging to ensure software quality, security, and performance standards.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize database queries and improve application speed and efficiency.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in cloud computing, web development, and AI integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack web development.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and TypeScript.
- Strong backend skills in Node.js or Python, with experience in RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience working effectively in a distributed, remote team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL solutions.
