Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern architectural patterns.
- Frontend Development: Build responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Backend Development: Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Python.
- Database Management: Optimize database schemas and performance for SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Remote Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to team best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python frameworks.
- Database: Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
