Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define features and solve complex technical problems.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure code reliability and reduce bugs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on Full Stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control (Git).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
