Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define features and user requirements.

- Debug complex production issues and provide timely resolutions during weekend traffic spikes.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring responsive design and fast load times across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
- Document technical architecture and provide mentorship to junior developers on the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience working in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
