Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Optimize database queries and application performance for speed and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in architectural decision-making and technology stack selection.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement timely fixes to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with React.js or Angular for front-end development.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express, or Python for back-end development.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
