Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define and implement new features.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
