Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
