Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable full-stack features using React, Node.js, and modern cloud technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile devices.
- Maintain and secure our cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and streamline CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning) to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and a modern backend framework (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Experience working successfully in a 100% remote environment with excellent asynchronous communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
