Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust full-stack web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Implement security best practices and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience in database design (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and comfortable working 100% remotely.
