Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems and customer infrastructure
- Monitor network security and respond to alerts during overnight shifts
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
- Document all support tickets and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incidents
- Implement security patches and system updates during maintenance windows
- Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate replacements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proven experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Splashtop)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure preferred)
