Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps for B2B SaaS platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) through agile sprints
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements
- Analyze product metrics and A/B test results to drive data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and resolve conflicts
- Mentor junior PMs and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote team leadership in distributed environments
