Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and speed of existing web platforms.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, technical documentation, and automated testing.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve complex technical bottlenecks in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
