Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices and platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
