Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and AWS
- Lead feature development from conception to production deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement security best practices and conduct threat modeling
- Collaborate with Product Design on user-centric solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Ability to work asynchronously across time zones
