Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and implement improvements accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and modern frameworks such as React or Node.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
