Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the remote team.
- Ensure security best practices and data integrity across all remote infrastructure.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
