What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to handle growing user bases.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and a backend language (Node.js or Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database systems (SQL & NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
