Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and best practices across the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences even under high load.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Deep proficiency in React (or similar UI libraries) and Node.js (or similar runtime environments).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.
