Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot complex issues in a remote setting.
- Optimize database performance and ensure application security.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical team culture.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote work environment with excellent time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
