Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile planning sessions to drive project success.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
