Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior team members, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and a server-side language (Node.js or Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
