Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide the technical direction of projects, ensuring best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.

- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor application performance and optimize for speed, scalability, and user experience.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Remote Experience: Proven track record of successfully working in distributed, remote-first environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
