Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in technical architecture planning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and state management libraries.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
