Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best coding standards and security protocols.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize database performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Must be a resident of Jacksonville, Florida (this is a remote position).
