Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero-latency experiences across all devices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for security and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex technical issues and drive the resolution of critical production incidents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with front-end frameworks (React.js or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js or Python).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
