Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and 99.9% uptime on cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write automated tests to ensure code reliability and facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js or Vue.js) and state management libraries.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
