Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines for production releases.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the application and optimize for speed, scalability, and security.
- Technical Strategy: Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
