Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product Management, QA) to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
