Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence requirements.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and validate findings.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
