What You Will Do
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into elegant code solutions.
- Optimize: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
