Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models with a focus on hallucination reduction and ethical alignment.
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to integrate hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture audits to ensure security and scalability.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the AI infrastructure team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with experience in Rust or Go.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
