Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the '2026 Initiative,' ensuring all systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- AI Integration: Lead the architectural design for the seamless integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into our core product suite.
- System Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to support next-generation cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Web3 primitives) for pilot programs and production rollout.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system latency, throughput, and efficiency meet the rigorous demands of enterprise-grade applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to architect complex, distributed systems that handle high concurrency and massive data throughput.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
